In recent years, the Lord has blessed Covenant Fellowship with a growing church family, and while we haven’t yet had to turn people away, we’re definitely feeling some “growing pains” and frequently feel “full” to first time guests.  Nonetheless, if we’re faithful to love God, love others, & serve our community as we’re called to, then growth will continue as a natural result.  That means that following Jesus requires us to keep “Making Room” for whatever God may want to do through us in the future.

Our desire is to make room for new friends, which means creating environments to facilitate more ministry -- more parking, more nursery space, more classrooms, more room for fellowship within the body and for reaching out into our community, and more space for us to come together and worship the God that gives us life in Jesus.  This is a huge undertaking for us, and will require significant sacrifices from each of us.  We’re all gifted differently, and we all have different resources available to us, but each of us has a part to play, no matter how big or small it might seem.

There are many unknowns ahead of us, but what we do know is that if each of us does what the Lord enables us to do, in HIS timing, we’ll end up with a facility -- and more importantly, a church body, that looks and functions exactly as HE wants it to.  And as we work together under the Lord’s leadership, the process alone will be an adventure worth being a part of.  We hope that you’ll join us as we commit to the process of “Making Room” as the Lord leads us and enables us for His glory, for our growth, and for the community that He’s put us here to serve.
