Jay Holland (Associate Pastor)
jay@covenantfellowship.com
Jay and Emily Holland have been at Covenant since January of 2008, and joined the staff in 2009. Both grew up in families that loved Jesus and made decisions to follow Christ early in life. Jay graduated from Liberty University in 1999 where he received a B.S. in Religion-Biblical Studies. Upon graduation he served as a youth/associate pastor in his hometown of Barboursville, West Virginia, for seven years. Married in 1999, Jay's first wife, Christy, went to be with Jesus after a long illness during their time in Barboursville. In His sovereign grace, God blessed Jay with Emily (a Stuart/Hobe Sound native and also a Liberty grad) after they were "prayed together" by Emily's sister and one of Jay's friends, a couple who also worship at Covenant. In January 2007, Jay and Emily were married, and served in Nashville, TN, until the Lord brought them to Stuart, FL. Jay worked for his father-in-law in the wholesale produce industry for a year before joining the staff of Covenant. Jay and Emily have a daughter, Brooklyn, and two sons, Elijah and Micah. When not working, Jay is likely running, biking, swimming, on a daddy or mommy date, or getting bit in the face while wrestling his sons.
Mark Nygard (Associate Pastor of Worship)
mark@covenantfellowship.com

Mark and Erin Nygard have been at Covenant Fellowship since July of 2004. In Mark’s growing up years, he lived in Boynton Beach and later Melbourne, where his father is currently Pastor of Eau Gallie First Baptist Church. Mark’s wife Erin, however, grew up right here in Stuart, and attended Covenant Fellowship as a little girl. Both Mark and Erin grew up in Christian homes, and both made decisions for Christ early in life, Mark at 6 and Erin at 18. Mark and Erin both graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University, Mark with a degree in Church Music, and Erin with a degree in Vocal Performance. Mark and Erin were married in May of 2001, and have been blessed with two children, their son Zach, and their daughter Zoe. When he’s not working with the choir, planning for a worship service, or doing some other very pastoral thing, Mark likes to fish and hunt for alligators.
Robin Stillfried (Church Secretary)
robin@covenantfellowship.com

Robin and Bob have been members of Covenant since April of 1983, and Robin has worked in the church office since August of 2001. Robin pretty much keeps the office running and does a whole lot of "behind the scenes" stuff. Prior to coming to work at Covenant, Robin spent 12 years as a stay-at-home mom, raising and homeschooling their son, Michael. Before that, Robin worked at Grumman Aerospace wiring F-14 fighter jets. Robin and her husband Bob live in Port St. Lucie, where their favorite activities center around their six grandchildren.
Melody Van Arsdale (Ministry Assistant)
melody@covenantfellowship.com

Melody VanArsdale is our Ministry Assistant, and the only reason that a lot of stuff gets done right at Covenant. She loves her work at the church and supports the staff in any way she can, including keeping financial records, working on publications, and event promotion. You can also spot Melody at the piano on most Sundays during worship. One of Melody's great passions in life is southern gospel music, and she'll travel near and far to find a Gaither concert. If she's not on the road headed to a concert, she is putting in insane hours at the church. Melody and her son, Lance, have been members of Covenant for 15 years. Her daughter Jennifer and son in law Bryan now reside in Ashville, NC. Melody loves serving the Lord at Covenant, and is a valued member of our ministry team.
